About the role

Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with local regulations and client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements and company standards.
  • Manage project teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate project components and address technical challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets, and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and provide timely feedback to team members.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
  • Prepare and present project reports and presentations to clients and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in engineering project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Qualifications

    • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
    • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
    • Experience with project budgeting and cost control.
    • Understanding of sustainable design principles.
