About the role
Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with local regulations and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements and company standards.
- Manage project teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate project components and address technical challenges.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets, and make adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and provide timely feedback to team members.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Prepare and present project reports and presentations to clients and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in engineering project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Experience with project budgeting and cost control.
