Position Summary
Loud And Live is seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory systems, logistics coordination, asset management, and operational readiness across live events, festivals, concerts, venue operations, and experiential activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory organization, asset storage, equipment staging, loading preparation, and operational workflow management
- Maintain clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environments across all operational and storage facilities
- Develop and implement warehouse SOPs, organizational systems, labeling standards, and asset tracking procedures
- Ensure all event assets, production equipment, concessions infrastructure, tools, scenic elements, and operational supplies are properly stored, maintained, and event-ready
- Coordinate warehouse layouts and storage systems to maximize efficiency and accessibility
- Manage inventory systems and maintain accurate tracking of all company-owned assets, equipment, rentals, tools, furniture, technical gear, concessions inventory, and event infrastructure
- Implement and maintain barcode, tagging, asset-tracking, or digital inventory systems where applicable
- Conduct routine inventory audits and reconcile missing, damaged, or low-stock items
- Track equipment movement between warehouses, venues, event sites, and external partners
- Cook up and allocate inventory prep and asset allocation for upcoming events and productions
- Coordinate event load-ins/load-outs, transportation schedules, warehouse dispatching, and equipment movement
- Work closely with production, concessions, venue operations, and event teams to ensure timely and accurate deployment of assets and operational materials
- Coordinate packing, staging, loading, and transportation preparation for events and activations
- Oversee drivers, transportation vendors, trucking schedules, and trailer logistics as needed
- Ensure all returning event assets are properly checked in, cleaned, inspected, repaired, and returned to storage
- Oversee maintenance schedules and operational readiness for company vehicles including vans, box trucks, trailers, utility vehicles, forklifts, and event transportation assets
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, inspections, registrations, repairs, and maintenance records
- Monitor warehouse and operational equipment including generators, refrigeration, staging assets, bars, tents, tools, and production infrastructure
- Ensure proper cleaning, maintenance, and operational functionality of event assets and equipment following events and activations
- Lead warehouse staff, drivers, operational support personnel, and freelance labor teams as needed
- Aid in staffing schedules and labor coordination related to warehouse operations and event logistics
- Support production teams, venue operations, concessions, and facilities departments with operational and logistical needs
- Foster a culture of accountability, organization, urgency, and operational excellence
- Maintain warehouse safety standards and ensure compliance with operational and OSHA guidelines
- Conduct routine safety checks on warehouse equipment, vehicles, and storage systems
- Maintain clean and hazard-free operational environments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, inventory management, event operations, production support, or related operational environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage large inventories and multiple operational priorities simultaneously
- Experience with asset tracking systems, inventory management platforms, or warehouse software preferred
- Experience supporting live events, festivals, production environments, hospitality operations, or entertainment venues preferred
- Strong understanding of logistics coordination, transportation workflows, and operational support systems
- Ability to lead teams and manage operational workflows in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended operational hours as needed
Required Driving Qualifications
- Valid Florida Driver’s License required
- Clean driving record preferred
- Comfortable operating:
- Cargo vans
- Sprinter vans
- Box trucks
- Pickup trucks with trailers
- Utility vehicles and forklifts
- Experience towing trailers preferred
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in concerts, festivals, touring productions, sports entertainment, or experiential event environments
- Forklift certification preferred
- Experience managing event rental inventory, production assets, concessions equipment, or technical equipment preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory software, or asset tracking technology is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move equipment, inventory, and operational materials up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and actively work for extended periods
- Comfortable working in warehouses, outdoor event environments, and active production sites
- Ability to work extended and non-traditional hours during event operations and peak production periods
