Senior Wage & Hour Class Action Attorney - Minnesota (Remote)

Direct Counsel has partnered with a rapidly growing law firm in California that specializes in complex litigation, including consumer and employment class and representative actions, who is seeking a Senior Attorney to join their expanding team. The firm focuses on the prosecution of wage & hour, unfair business practice, discrimination, and false advertising matters in both state and federal Courts across the U.S. and has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of tens of thousands of employees and consumers.
