Wage and Hour Attorney (REMOTE)
This role is with a growing law firm in the Los Angeles area, considered a powerhouse in plaintiff's side wage-and-hour class action litigation. The firm has a robust caseload in federal and state courts against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries. Specializing in the prosecution of consumer and employment class and representative actions—including wage-and-hour, unfair business practices, discrimination, and false advertising matters—the firm has recovered millions of dollars for thousands of employees and consumers in California.
About the role
This is an opportunity to gain experience and exposure working with a leading plaintiff-side class action litigation firm handling cases in both state and federal courts. Due to a large number of active cases throughout California, the firm is immediately adding members to its team.
Responsibilities
- Civil litigation, including discovery in the civil litigation context
- Oral advocacy and court appearances
- Motion practice
- Taking and defending depositions
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in civil litigation
- Must be licensed in the state of residence
- Prior experience with class actions, complex litigation, or wage and hour litigation is a plus
- FEHA or PAGA experience is ideal

$150,000 – $350,000 per year
