Senior Visual Designer

We are seeking a talented designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate is someone who has the ability to utilize their skills across multiple types of design needs and is ready to push themselves. Responsibilities Partner closely with paid media teams to design and optimize performance-driven creative across digital channelsDevelop and iterate on ad creative based on performance data, platform best practices, and testing insightsExpectation to not just flawlessly execute client or teammates’ ideas, but also be a part of the initial creative process and drive the high level strategy behind our design decisionsAbility to both work autonomously and as part of a teamBalancing multiple design tasks at a timeWork alongside marketing teams to ensure desired outcomes are achievedCollaborate with marketing to iterate on the design and implementation of campaign build outsResearch on new solutions and offeringsDeep familiarity producing assets for digital distribution including static and motion graphics Requirements 4+ years of agency experience or the likeExperience designing for performance marketing and paid media, with an understanding of platform nuancesA broad portfolio of work, covering social/communications and especially digital ad design with motionStrong conceptual thinkingIntimate knowledge of industry toolsFamiliarity with and interest in emerging AI toolsKnowledge of restrictions and limitations as it relates to design for social platformsGreat communication skillsTakes criticism very wellDeep understanding of current trends Perks Opportunity for growth in the companyWork alongside a great slate of clients and team membersFun, creative and collaborative company cultureHybrid & Remote work options Compensation Commensurate with experienceLongterm disability insuranceHealth care offering, including dental and visionUnlimited Paid Time Off. $72,000 - $80,000 a year Commensurate with experience We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
