Senior Visual Designer
About the role
TalentoHC is partnering with an innovative organization seeking a Senior Digital Designer to create engaging, high-impact digital experiences across multiple customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Design responsive, digital-first creative assets across web, mobile, email, social media, and emerging digital platforms while ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Develop innovative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns that incorporate motion, interactivity, animation, and emerging design trends.
- Create intuitive user experiences that balance visual storytelling with usability, accessibility, and performance.
- Utilize Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, AI-powered design platforms, and modern creative technologies to improve design quality, efficiency, and scalability.
- Apply working knowledge of HTML/CSS and no-code platforms such as Webflow or Framer to collaborate effectively with development teams.
- Present design concepts, creative rationale, and user experience recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and engagement metrics to continuously optimize digital experiences.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and brand standards across multiple digital channels.
- Stay current on UX best practices, accessibility standards, AI tools, automation workflows, and emerging technologies while introducing innovative ideas that enhance creative capabilities.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional quality and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional digital design experience with a portfolio demonstrating responsive web design, interactive experiences, and integrated multi-channel campaigns.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with no-code platforms such as Webflow or Framer.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, accessibility standards, and modern design systems.
- Experience integrating AI tools, automation workflows, and emerging technologies into creative processes to improve efficiency and innovation.
- Proven ability to develop digital campaigns across web, email, social media, mobile, motion graphics, and interactive experiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and user behavior to inform design decisions and optimize engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across creative, marketing, and technology teams.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while delivering high-quality creative work in a deadline-driven environment.
