About the role

As Senior Vice President and Regional Retail Production Leader, you'll serve as a key member of our executive leadership team, responsible for accelerating profitable retail growth throughout the Southeast.

Responsibilities

• Drive funded loan volume growth and market expansion
• Recruit, develop, and retain elite Loan Officers and market leaders
• Build high-performing sales organizations rooted in accountability and collaboration
• Partner across Operations, Marketing, Capital Markets, and Technology to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Lead the adoption of innovative technologies that increase productivity, improve service, and create sustainable competitive advantages

Requirements

• Executive-level retail mortgage banking leadership experience
• A proven track record of recruiting and developing top-producing Loan Officers
• Success leading multi-market sales organizations
• Strong financial acumen with deep knowledge of mortgage economics, pricing, and profitability
• A passion for coaching leaders and building high-performance cultures
