Mortgage Vice President, Operations
Responsibilities
- Reviews and evaluates the mortgage operating model and organizational systems to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Researches, analyzes, and assesses the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes.
- Develops strategic recommendations and alternatives to support departmental and company objectives.
- Communicates process changes, enhancements, and modifications—both verbally and in writing—to management, peers, and associates to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Requirements
- Seven years of related operation experience in the mortgage industry and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related degree from four-year college or university preferred.
