About the role
The Vice President, Mortgage Operations is responsible for reviewing and evaluating the mortgage operating model and organizational systems to identify opportunities for process improvement. This role researches, analyzes, and assesses the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes, and develops strategic recommendations and alternatives to support departmental and company objectives.Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for process improvement in the mortgage operating model and organizational systems.
- Research, analyze, and assess the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes.
- Develop strategic recommendations and alternatives to support departmental and company objectives.
- Communicate process changes, enhancements, and modifications—both verbally and in writing—to management, peers, and associates to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Requirements
- Seven years of related operation experience in the mortgage industry and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related degree from four-year college or university preferred.
