About the role

This role will drive search and content-led growth initiatives that improve visibility, acquisition, and measurable demand. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own senior client relationships for a high-spend Financial Services account, reporting to C-suite executives
  • Set strategic investment direction and oversee resource allocation to align with client business outcomes
  • Lead executive quarterly and annual investment reviews, strategic planning sessions, and marketplace briefings
  • Drive organic growth by identifying and championing expanded investment opportunities within the account
  • Ensure compliance with financial services regulations and brand safety standards in all investment decisions

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of media investment experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership (VP or above) within a media agency or investment group
  • Proven track record managing enterprise-level media budgets exceeding $100M across complex, multi-channel portfolios
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic) and brand-building channels
  • Significant experience managing media for Financial Services clients, including knowledge of compliance regulations (FINRA, FDIC)
  • Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex data into actionable investment insights

Pay

$225,000 – $250,000 annually
