About the role
Wedbush Fund Advisers is hiring a dynamic, growth-driven Senior Vice President of National ETF Sales to spearhead the distribution and commercialization of our ETF platform. The role is designed for a hands-on sales leader, not a product strategist or portfolio manager.

- Consistently exceed sales targets, delivering measurable AUM growth and new client acquisition
- Bring a high-energy, competitive, and results-driven approach to client engagements, thriving in a performance-based environment
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships across advisors, RIAs, wirehouses, family offices, and institutional clients, serving as a trusted ETF expert across product structure, index methodology, and portfolio application
- Deliver tailored presentations and proposals while representing the ETF platform at conferences, roadshows, and client events to drive engagement and new business growth
- Identify and expand new distribution channels and target market segments to grow ETF platform reach
- Partner cross-functionally to execute go-to-market strategies and develop impactful messaging, while providing market intelligence to inform product positioning, development, and pricing
- Act as a senior brand ambassador to elevate Wedbush’s ETF platform visibility across the distribution landscape
- Leverage an established network and contribute to thought leadership initiatives to drive credibility and accelerate platform growth
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned and required

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required
- MBA or advanced degree a plus, with significant weight placed on demonstrated sales success and the strength of existing client relationships

- 7–12+ years of financial services sales experience, with at least 3-5+ of ETF specific experience and a strong emphasis on wholesaling, distribution, or national accounts; product management backgrounds are considered only when accompanied by a demonstrated transition to a sales-focused career trajectory
- Proven track record of AUM growth and new business development in the ETF, mutual fund, or broader asset management space
- Deep knowledge of ETF structures, index mechanics, tax efficiency, and the competitive landscape; able to lead authoritative product conversations without reliance on a product team
- Established network of advisor, RIA, and institutional relationships that can be activated immediately upon joining
- Willingness and ability to travel in a highly client-facing, externally focused role
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence, persuade, and instill confidence across advisor and institutional client segments
- High energy, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong drive to succeed in a performance-oriented environment
- Experience at an ETF issuer, asset manager, or ETF-focused distribution firm in a wholesaling or national accounts capacity preferred
