Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including direct P&L ownership and responsibility for business performance.

- Proven track record leading customer-facing organizations such as Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support.
- Experience scaling high-growth B2B software businesses with measurable success in revenue growth and customer retention.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and SaaS performance metrics.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with executive-level customers and industry stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business plans.
