Requirements

  • Proven track record leading customer-facing organizations such as Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support.
  • Experience scaling high-growth B2B software businesses with measurable success in revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and SaaS performance metrics.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with executive-level customers and industry stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business plans.
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication skills, and ability to represent an organization with credibility.
