Responsibilities

  • Define and control the strategy for the Senior Living segment, customizing go-to-market plans for different operator types
  • Act as the primary executive sponsor for key customers, enhancing industry relationships and trust
  • Represent the company at industry forums, shaping market perception and competitive stance
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and resource management for the Senior Living unit
  • Oversee P&L for the Senior Living business, ensuring revenue and expense accountability
  • Drive new revenue growth and ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting
  • Lead all customer-facing functions, focusing on talent development and performance standards

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of leadership in enterprise software or healthcare technology with 5 years in a senior executive role having P&L responsibility
  • In-depth knowledge of the Senior Living market and its operational, regulatory, and technological dynamics
  • Proven experience in scaling customer-facing organizations within a high-growth B2B software context
  • Effectiveness in a matrixed leadership environment, influencing product and engineering teams without direct authority
  • Track record of building executive-level customer relationships with C-suite leaders in Senior Living organizations
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar P&L metrics and operating KPIs
  • Willingness to travel extensively for customer and team engagements

Pay

$200,000 – $250,000 annually
