Responsibilities
- Partner with the General Manager to set business priorities and operational cadence
- Lead the design and execution of key leadership meetings and business reviews
- Translate complex strategic questions into actionable recommendations for the GM
- Create compelling narratives and executive materials for stakeholders
- Directly oversee critical cross-functional initiatives and remove operational roadblocks
- Act as an early-warning system for the GM regarding potential issues
- Serve as a trusted advisor on strategic and organizational decisions
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of executive-level experience in operations, strategy, or a comparable business leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of structured problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats
- Sound judgment and discretion in high-stakes situations
- Curiosity and the ability to quickly grasp the dynamics of a technology and services business
