About the Role

Good360 is seeking an innovative and strategic Senior Vice President, Communications, Brand & Marketing to lead the organization's brand, marketing, communications, and public relations functions. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, this leader drives communications, media, and engagement strategy, brand expansion, and innovation while ensuring operational excellence, fiscal stewardship, and alignment with enterprise priorities. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, analytical discipline, and creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Define the strategic direction and operating model for marketing and communications, ensuring consistent execution, scalability, and sustained brand growth.
  • Drive Good360's thought leadership and market positioning, establishing the organization and its executive leaders as authoritative voices in product philanthropy, disaster recovery, and corporate social responsibility.
  • Build and lead a cross-functional collaboration framework across Resource Development, Programs, Disaster Recovery, and Corporate Partnerships to optimize marketing and communications opportunities.
  • Develop infrastructure and strategy for high-level influencer and celebrity engagement grounded in authentic mission alignment.
  • Oversee reputation monitoring, brand benchmarking, and analytics to assess impact and inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and lead Good360's enterprise brand strategy, ensuring a clear, differentiated, and compelling market position.
  • Guide brand architecture, messaging, visual identity, and positioning across all audiences and communication channels.
  • Lead integrated marketing strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and measurable business results across digital, traditional, and emerging platforms.
  • Oversee website strategy, digital marketing, email communications, social media, paid media, SEO/SEM, analytics, and marketing technology.
  • Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy to strengthen Good360's visibility and influence nationally.
  • Cultivate relationships with media, industry organizations, and strategic partners to secure earned media coverage and position Good360 as a thought leader.
  • Lead executive communications, speech development, awards strategy, annual reporting, and external messaging.
  • Serve as the organization's executive leader for crisis communications, issues management, and reputation strategy.
  • Develop proactive crisis communication plans and provide strategic counsel during disaster response and high-profile events.
  • Lead an enterprise-wide content strategy that translates Good360's impact into compelling stories across multimedia formats.
  • Oversee the creation of publications, videos, campaigns, partner stories, and thought leadership content.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen corporate partnerships, support fundraising, and expand public awareness.
  • Collaborate across departments to create campaigns that advance organizational priorities and maximize impact.
  • Represent Good360 at conferences, industry events, and strategic engagements to strengthen relationships and visibility.
  • Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, advising the CEO and Board on reputational risk and opportunity.
  • Partner with executive leadership and the Board to develop presentations, strategic communications, and annual reports.
  • Build, lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing and communications team focused on innovation and accountability.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, creativity, operational excellence, and data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, brand, and communications, preferably within the nonprofit or social impact sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand visibility.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, public relations, and donor engagement.
