Senior Vice President, Client Service Executive
About the role
This role is located in Boston and involves making an impact by acting as the primary client contact for service delivery, managing the end-to-end delivery of services, driving continuous improvement, and serving as the escalation point for client concerns.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary client contact for service delivery, ensuring alignment with agreed project needs and operational requirements
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of services, including monitoring service levels, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, efficiency, and client satisfaction
- Serve as the escalation point for client concerns, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 7-10 years experience in service delivery management, client relationship management, or project management within a technology or managed services environment
- Proven experience in managing escalations and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve service excellence
- Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Data & Analytics operational models, with the ability to translate technical issues into business terms for clients

Pay
The base salary for this position is expected to be between $104,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
Schedule
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
