About the role

The Senior Vice President, Client Operations Manager role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. This role supports key client relationships, oversees financial statement preparation and review, collaborates with stakeholders, drives process improvements, and leverages technology and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Support key client relationships as the primary point of escalation and coordination across accounting services.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address accounting issues and develop robust solutions that align with BNY's strategic goals.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the accounting function, leveraging technology and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 8 years of total work experience.
  • Prior financial services experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Client Facing roles.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and compliance.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
