Senior Value Engineer - Public Sector

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Uncover organizational issues and drive ROI through effective value storytelling
• Develop executive sponsorship and co-own change management initiatives
• Manage complex global transformation programs and automate project governance
• Utilize AI tools for technical outputs while supporting detailed solution builds
• Create strategic roadmaps for the company platform adoption and provide R&D feedback

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales
• Strong background in enterprise IT/business software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce)
• Proactive builder mentality, focused on high-impact solutions
• Expertise in executing process improvements and realizing value
• Demonstrated experience in strategic program management and mobilizing senior sponsorship
• Deep understanding of financial processes in the public sector
• Degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent experience
• Must possess active Security Clearance

Pay

$120,000 – $145,000 annually
