The Senior UX Strategist is needed to lead experience strategy across complex digital projects, partnering with designers, engineers, project teams, and stakeholders to create user-centered solutions. This role focuses on research, information architecture, content strategy, and strategic guidance throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in UX strategy, experience design, information architecture, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience leading UX strategy for complex CMS-backed and data-driven digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, content modeling, and system-level UX design.
- Ability to operate independently, make strategic decisions, and guide projects with limited oversight.
- Experience working in policy-driven, regulated, enterprise, government, education, or public-sector environments preferred.
- Strong client-facing communication skills, including workshop facilitation and strategic presentations.
- Understanding of how content structures, data models, permissions, workflows, and system constraints impact user experiences.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Experience creating UX strategy artifacts such as journeys, conceptual frameworks, content models, and experience principles.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital product implementation processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in iterative, project-based environments and engaging in technical discussions.
