About the role

Senior UX Designer Mobile & Design Systems role focuses on leading design system development, collaborating with research and cross‑functional teams, advocating user‑centered design, and ensuring high‑quality UX through testing and documentation in agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across digital platforms and signage.
• Collaborate with User Research (UXR) to understand rider needs and pain points; maintain a continuous user feedback loop for ongoing UX improvements.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, stakeholders, and the Creative team to align on user needs, business goals, and brand guidelines.
• Present design concepts and research findings effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Establish, document, and promote UX processes and best practices.
• Implement user testing and quality control measures to ensure high standards of user experience.
• Utilize advanced communication and leadership skills to advocate for user‑centered design.
• Apply expert proficiency in UX design tools and visual design for mobile applications.
• Operate effectively in agile development environments, handling complex digital products with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation or related industries (preferred).
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (preferred).
