About the role
The Senior UX Designer will lead the development and enhancement of user experience strategies by conducting comprehensive research, analyzing data, and collaborating with stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals. This role requires expertise in interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing to create intuitive, user-centered products. You will influence cross-functional teams, communicate complex insights clearly, and drive continuous improvements that elevate customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
What you'll do
- Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries to identify gaps and inform design strategies.
- Develop and refine interaction designs and user journeys based on data analysis and emerging user trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and communicate insights effectively.
- Create prototypes and technical proofs of concept using appropriate tools and technologies to validate design concepts.
- Lead usability testing efforts, document findings, and iterate designs to enhance user experience and product effectiveness.
- Maintain design consistency by adhering to style guides and interaction patterns across platforms.
What you'll bring

Minimum Qualifications

- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 3 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
- Option 2: 5 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Design certification (for example, IDEOU - Foundations in Design Thinking Certificate).
- Driving product development in a user experience area.
- Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Interactive and Visual Design, Product Design, or related area.
- Related industry experience (for example, retail, supply chain, eCommerce, healthcare).
- UI/UX, Interactive and Visual Design, Electronics Art, Multimedia Design, or related area.
