Senior UX Designer, Mobile

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mobile product design for iOS and Android
• Design information architecture and interaction patterns for clinical workflows
• Drive product strategy through user experience design
• Contribute to the mobile design system for consistency across platforms
• Lead user research and validation with healthcare providers
• Collaborate with Compliance and Security to ensure regulatory standards
• Mentor junior designers and elevate design practices within the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5-7+ years of UX design experience, especially with native mobile apps (iOS/Android)
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end mobile UX work on complex, task-based products
• Experience with design systems and close collaboration with engineering teams
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components and prototyping
