Senior TSCM Instructor (CI Specialist)
Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior TSCM Instructor (CI Specialist) to support a federal government client in Fort Meade, MD. Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph or the ability to obtain one is required.
About the role
You will support the development and implementation of curriculum activities that promote the training and development of each TSCM student, conduct annual reviews of TTIs for TCIS training, and assist in evaluating student progress by maintaining up-to-date student data. You will also manage materials, supplies, and equipment necessary for the TSCM mission, ensure the accountability and security of sensitive equipment, and provide updates to leadership on training activities, personnel certification, equipment, fiscal, and logistical requirements.
Instruct courses in assigned areas, monitor and evaluate other instructors, and conduct research to ensure the curriculum reflects current field techniques, tactics, and procedures. Additionally, you will identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence threats to U.S. national security, apply knowledge of foreign and U.S. CI capabilities to produce all-source CI studies, and develop CI strategies. You will also develop, produce, and present instructional programs on collection operations TTPs relevant to human and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities.
Responsibilities
- Support curriculum development and implementation for TSCM training.

- Ensure accountability, serviceability, and security of sensitive equipment.
- Provide updates to leadership on training, personnel, equipment, fiscal, and logistical aspects.
- Instruct courses in assigned area(s).
- Monitor, evaluate, and assist other instructors.
- Conduct research and liaise with TCI SMEs to keep curriculum current.
- Identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence threats to U.S. national security.
- Apply knowledge of foreign and U.S. CI capabilities to produce all-source CI studies and develop CI strategies.
- Develop, produce, and present instructional programs on collection operations TTPs relevant to HUMINT and TECHINT operations under DoD authorities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a TSCM Agent.
- Completion of a service TSCM training program.
- Completion of a service-related instructor training program or 2 years of instructor experience.
- Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: 20 years of relevant experience, with at least a portion within the last 2 years.
- Associate’s degree: 16 years of relevant experience, with at least a portion within the last 2 years.
- Bachelor’s degree: 14 years of relevant experience, with at least a portion within the last 2 years.
- Master’s degree: 12 years of relevant experience, with at least a portion within the last 2 years.
