Mid TSCM Instructor - CI Specialist

About the role

Prescient Edge is seeking a Mid. TSCM Instructor (CI Specialist) who will be responsible for teaching advanced TSCM techniques and procedures.

Responsibilities

- Teach advanced TSCM techniques and procedures. - Conduct training sessions for new TSCM Agents. - Develop and deliver instructional materials. - Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a TSCM Agent.
• Must have completed a service TSCM training program.
• Must have completed a service-related instructor training program or have 2 years instructor experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma- 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Associate’s degree- 10 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor’s Degree- 8 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Master’s Degree- 6 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of TSCM techniques and procedures. - Excellent teaching and communication skills. - Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
