Mid TSCM Instructor - CI Specialist with Security Clearance

About the role

At Prescient Edge, we are seeking a Mid. TSCM Instructor - (CI Specialist) who will be responsible for teaching and conducting TSCM (Technical Surveillance Countermeasures) training.

Responsibilities

  • Teach TSCM techniques and procedures to students.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure effectiveness of training.
  • Stay updated with the latest TSCM technologies and trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a TSCM Agent.
  • Must have completed a service TSCM training program.
  • Must have completed a service-related instructor training program or have 2 years instructor experience.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma- 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Associate's degree- 10 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Bachelor's Degree- 8 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Master's Degree- 6 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of TSCM techniques and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict security protocols.
