Senior Training Specialist
About the role
The Senior Training Specialist owns and operates The Arcadia Way, Arcadia Beverage's competency-based task qualification and professional development program. Working with department leads and subject matter experts, this role develops instruction, prepares qualified trainers, coordinates employee assessments, and maintains training records. Floor instruction stays central; the specialist teaches, coaches, and verifies adoption while supervisors retain daily teaching and operating leaders retain decisions. This is a design and delivery role, not solely coordination. Arcadia is a people-first organization.
