About the role

Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and client requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Manage a team of engineers, coordinating tasks, resolving conflicts, and providing performance feedback.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other project partners.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and provide timely updates on project status.
  • Ensure all projects comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in engineering management.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Knowledge of local and international engineering standards and regulations.
  • Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
