About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline.
- Manage a team of engineers, coordinating tasks, resolving conflicts, and providing performance feedback.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other project partners.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and provide timely updates on project status.
- Ensure all projects comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in engineering management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Knowledge of local and international engineering standards and regulations.
- Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
