Senior Traffic Engineer - Design Lead

About the role

Lead a team of professionals in developing and implementing sustainable infrastructure solutions across various projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate sustainability practices into project designs.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for sustainability initiatives.
• Conduct regular assessments of project impacts on the environment and recommend improvements.
• Train and mentor team members on sustainable design and construction techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sustainability consulting or similar roles.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale sustainability projects.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sustainability assessment tools and methodologies.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule
