About the role

Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project execution from conception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and company standards.
  • Manage project teams, set goals, and provide guidance on technical and professional issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to align on project objectives and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and quality assurance protocols.
  • Monitor project costs and progress, making adjustments as necessary to stay within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Qualifications

    • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
    • Experience with international project management.
    • Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations.

    Skills

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
    • Leadership and team management skills.
    • Technical expertise in engineering disciplines relevant to the projects.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    Pay

    $80,000 - $100,000 annually.

    Schedule

    Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
