Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements, Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and User Stories.
- Knowledge of Defined Contribution (DC) plans like 401(k), 403(b), 457 and other plans.
- Knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) plans.
- Knowledge of key regulatory frameworks like ERISA, Secure Act 2.0, IRS & DOL guidelines.
- Knowledge of key transactions like contributions, loans, payout, etc.
- Knowledge of RMD.
- Manual testing proficiency is mandatory; experience in automation tools (Selenium, UFT) is highly preferred.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation.
- Automation testing knowledge on UFT or LeanFT, API Testing, Performance testing, Functional test design.
- Insurance domain knowledge.
- Automation frameworks and reporting tools.
- Writing, executing, monitoring and maintenance of automated test suites.
- CI/CD tools knowledge and Agile process.
- OOPs and JDBC Concepts.
- Experience with Test Management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, ALM).
- Problem-solving and analytical skills; Strong programming skills : verbal, both one-on-one and with a group, and written.
- Process Skills: Behavioral Skills: Good.
