About the role
The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking a Senior Test & Evaluation Lab Tech to join our team in Berkeley, Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Oversees, plans, conducts, and documents tests on products, systems, components, materials, and manufacturing processes and technologies
- Oversees, designs, fabricates, builds and analyzes test systems, materials, components, software and methodologies
- Captures and analyzes data and documents results; participates in test readiness review
- Troubleshoots and resolves laboratory and test-related problems
- Coordinates test laboratory activities and maintenance and repairs
- Coaches and trains others
- Works under consultative direction
Requirements
- This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
- This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.
- Associate’s degree or higher, a Technical certificate or degree, or 4 or more years of equivalent technical experience
- 4+ years of strain gaging experience
- Experience fabricating, installing, routing, terminating, soldering, and repairing electrical wiring harnesses; or any variety of electrical components, and associated equipment
- Experience interpreting electrical engineering drawings, schematics, and definition
Qualifications
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
- Experience installing aircraft modifications to include fabricating and installing aircraft electrical system wiring, connectors, electrical components or avionics boxes
- Experience with aerospace assembly and/or electrical fabrication
- Experience with leading in a lab environment ensuring capability and readiness
Skills

Pay & Benefits
Summary pay range: $90,100 - $121,900
Potential signing bonus for eligible/qualified external candidates.
