We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Management Professional with strong expertise in Coordination Analysis and Project Management. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, testing lifecycle coordination, and business analysis activities within insurance transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Project Program Management

  • Lead and coordinate multiple workstreams across business development, testing, and production support teams
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items
  • Drive project governance meetings and provide executive level status reporting
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and delivery commitments

Business Analysis

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
  • Facilitate requirement workshops, impact assessments, and solution discussions

Testing Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate end-to-end testing activities including SIT, UAT, Regression, and Production Validation
  • Manage test schedules, defect triage meetings, and release readiness reviews
  • Work closely with QA business teams and technical teams to ensure defect resolution within SLAs
  • Publish testing dashboards, metrics, and quality reports to leadership

Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with client stakeholders, business users, product owners, and technology teams
  • Provide proactive communication on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans
  • Facilitate decision-making through data-driven insights and analysis

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering technology, business, or related discipline
  • 10 years of experience in Project Management Coordination or Business Analysis roles
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
  • Proven experience managing large-scale testing cycles and coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience working with distributed global teams

Preferred

  • Participate in ClaimCenter enhancement implementation or maintenance initiatives
  • Understand claims lifecycle processes and coordinate business and testing activities related to ClaimCenter modules
  • Support requirement analysis and testing efforts involving ClaimCenter functionalities
