Achievements
- Achieve sales quotas for assigned channels and product groups
- Establish and execute on quarterly and annual key performance metrics
- Conduct in-services and meetings by delivering company-developed presentations
- Develop and execute annual business plans within the assigned geography
- Review quarterly key performance metrics with management to set execution goals for the territory
- Assist management with planning for and co-presenting in team meetings, conference calls, and national and regional trade shows
- Maintain awareness of national sales vs quota and assist management in identifying areas of opportunity needing focus
Responsibilities
- Assists in guiding commercial pilot programs
- Represents the field during product development
- Works in close partnership with sales and marketing
- Collaborates with field sales management to develop and implement efficient business practices and improved sales tactics
Requirements
- 4-year degree with at least 5 years of proven sales experience (delivering against a quota)
- Preferably in the neuromodulation space, medical device, or related industry
- Strong business-to-business selling experience
- Results-focused, self-motivated, and possesses strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate, problem-solve, and adapt to a fast-changing environment
- Possesses a dedication to teamwork and commitment to excellence
