Achievements

  • Achieve sales quotas for assigned channels and product groups
  • Establish and execute on quarterly and annual key performance metrics
  • Conduct in-services and meetings by delivering company-developed presentations
  • Develop and execute annual business plans within the assigned geography
  • Review quarterly key performance metrics with management to set execution goals for the territory
  • Assist management with planning for and co-presenting in team meetings, conference calls, and national and regional trade shows
  • Maintain awareness of national sales vs quota and assist management in identifying areas of opportunity needing focus

Responsibilities

  • Assists in guiding commercial pilot programs
  • Represents the field during product development
  • Works in close partnership with sales and marketing
  • Collaborates with field sales management to develop and implement efficient business practices and improved sales tactics

Requirements

  • 4-year degree with at least 5 years of proven sales experience (delivering against a quota)
  • Preferably in the neuromodulation space, medical device, or related industry
  • Strong business-to-business selling experience
  • Results-focused, self-motivated, and possesses strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate, problem-solve, and adapt to a fast-changing environment
  • Possesses a dedication to teamwork and commitment to excellence
