Senior Technology Helpdesk Technician
About the role
The Senior Helpdesk Technician delivers hands-on technical support to employees at our Spokane office, providing outstanding customer experience while resolving a wide range of hardware, software, and systems issues. The ideal candidate combines strong deskside support experience with excellent communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities

- Aid with light project management tasks including tracking, coordination, and follow-through on IT initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and asset information.
- Serve as an escalation resource for less experienced helpdesk staff.
Requirements
- Required Customer-first instinct. In-person or on the phone is your first move, not a chat window or ticket queue.
- Executive presence. Strong communicator, punctual, and polished.
- Adaptability. Priorities will shift — sometimes mid-task.
- Strong work ethic. 5 years of helpdesk or deskside support experience; deskside/field support backgrounds strongly preferred over pure service desk roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise business applications.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools such as SCCM/Intune and Azure Active Directory.
- Demonstrated ability to support AV systems for meetings and events.
- Excellent verbal communication skills — comfortable engaging with senior executives and leadership.
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, executive-facing environment.
- Availability for on-call rotation and the 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM in-office shift at our Spokane location.
