About the role

The Senior Technology Account Executive drives revenue growth through strategic account development, new business acquisition, and expansion of existing client relationships. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning technology solutions with business objectives while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Senior Account Executive leads complex sales cycles, mentors junior sales team members, and works cross-functionally to develop tailored solutions that drive customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across managed IT services, cybersecurity, business communications, and security solutions
  • Expand revenue within existing accounts through strategic account planning and relationship development
  • Lead complex sales engagements from prospecting through closing
  • Conduct executive-level client meetings and quarterly business reviews
  • Serve as a strategic advisor aligning technology to business goals
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets
  • Generate leads through marketing, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain referral partner relationships
  • Mentor junior Account Executives, when applicable
  • Maintain product and industry knowledge
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant MSP sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
