Key Job Responsibilities
- Inspect and diagnose engines, generators, transmissions, and related components.
- Dismantle, repair, rebuild, and reassemble mechanical parts following service manuals.
- Perform maintenance and repairs for optimal equipment reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly.
- Maintain and manage inventory; order parts as needed.
- Provide technical guidance and documentation to subordinates.
- Carry out additional tasks such as hydraulic system repairs, component work, and painting.
- Work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A high school diploma preferred, vocational certification in mechanical or related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in mechanical or engineering roles.
- Ability to read and follow instructions, blueprints, and established procedures.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit with good strength and stamina.
- Willingness to work overtime and under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); SAP is a plus.
- Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
- MTU/ZF certification or experience is an advantage.
