About the role
Phoenix Tailings is seeking a Senior Mechanical Technician to join our Full Time team based in Exeter, NH. This position is an On-site role.
Responsibilities
- Oversee mechanical systems and equipment maintenance
- Perform routine inspections and repairs on machinery and equipment
- Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software
- Experience with HVAC systems
- Knowledge of industrial automation systems
