Senior Technical Support Analyst
Job Summary
The Senior Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for providing support to a wide variety of customer types and situations. Progressive levels of responsibility within the role will necessitate a more proactive approach to prevent future issues and fostering customer education.
Responsibilities
- Represent the technical support team in cross-functional meetings and projects.
- Handle the most complex and critical technical issues.
- Advise on more complex technical issues that Analys I & II cannot resolve, as needed.
- Act as a subject matter expert for specialized technical areas within the organization.
- Develop and implement advanced troubleshooting techniques and solutions.
- Congduct training sessions and workshops for technical support teams and end-users.
- Act as a point of escalation for critical issues and provide hands-on assistance when necessary.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Works with IT leadership to run the Change Management System
Qualifications
- Aceesory’s Degree in IT related field (Preferred).
- Two years of relevant experience (Required). An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Basic certifications (Preferred) - A+, CCNA, Network+.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework.
