Senior Technical Success Manager, Public Sector

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager, Public Sector to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. In this remote role, you will partner closely with public sector customers to drive successful adoption, implementation, and ongoing value realization across complex technical environments. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping resolve issues, guide onboarding, and ensure customers have a strong experience throughout the lifecycle. This position blends customer-facing account management, incident communication, and cross-functional advocacy to strengthen retention and customer confidence. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $108,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Support assigned customers with technical inquiries and account management Deliver professional account management services through strategic advisory and proactive communication Lead complex implementation and onboarding projects for the company’s products Advocate for customer needs internally to resolve issues and collect feedback Serve as the main contact during incidents and maintain communication Present technical sessions to enhance customer understanding of solutions Portray the company as an ethical and reliable security solution provider Qualifications At least 5 years of enterprise SaaS experience, preferably in Endpoint Protection 2+ years of cybersecurity experience and 3+ years in field engineering roles 3 to 5 years of experience engaging directly with enterprise customers Deep understanding of security technologies and industry best practices Proficiency across Windows, macOS, and Linux, with scripting knowledge in Python and PHP Benefits Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Flexible time off, paid sick time, and gender-neutral parental leave Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan with a company match Wellness coaching and gym reimbursement program Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
