Senior Technical Success Manager

About the role

This role will partner closely with enterprise customers to drive adoption, realize value, and strengthen long-term technical relationships. You will work across customer engineering, security, and internal product teams to help organizations improve how they use application security workflows. The position calls for a strategic, customer-facing leader who can translate technical complexity into clear business outcomes and support expansion through trusted advisory.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate strategies for enterprise customers to maximize value from application security workflows.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer engineering and security leadership.
• Design and execute tailored onboarding programs aligned with customer security goals.
• Advocate for customer needs with internal teams to influence product roadmaps and mitigate risks.
• Facilitate strategic business reviews using data storytelling to highlight ROI and expansion opportunities.
• Mobilize resources to overcome adoption barriers and resolve technical challenges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role engaging executive and technology stakeholders.
• Experience with Fortune 100 enterprise customers in North America.
• Strong knowledge of developer and application security tools and workflows.
• Proven track record in leading technical or engineering programs with thought leadership.
• Exceptional communication skills to facilitate discussions and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Developer background or coding experience is a plus.

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually
