Responsibilities
- Aid in setting up projects (Design-Bid-Build/Design-Build) and ensuring their integrity throughout the entire lifecycle until completion.
- Maintain an archive of completed projects both in Unifier and in predecessor systems.
- Coordinate with the MTA DT (Digital Twin) application.
- Deliver system training to various Business Units (BUs).
- Collaborate with BUs to address their needs and issues.
- Support data extracts and reporting required by management.
- Implement electronic project management technical requirements, processes, and standards.
- Apply and maintain system security, creating and managing user accounts to ensure only authorized employees and contractors can access the system.
- Assist with resolving various user issues submitted as tickets to the system helpdesk.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in an appropriate technical discipline or an equivalent subject.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of related experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years in a managerial or supervisory role and/or project manager role in a large, multi-faceted organization and/or with highly complex systems.
Qualifications
- Five years of relevant experience maintaining, administering, customizing, and supporting an electronic project records management system (Unifier or equivalent cloud-based system).
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- High level of professional integrity and work ethic.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills.
- Basic working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Dynamics, and ServiceNow.
- Familiarity and experience with Bentley ProjectWise.
- Experience in large-scale technical issues for significant construction projects or projects with highly complex systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all internal levels within the organization.
- Proven leadership as a change agent and creative/thoughtful thinker with the ability to align business goals with solutions to drive process improvements.
- Excellent team-building, listening, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
