Senior Technical Recruiter (Fixed Term)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter that will own the full cycle recruitment process and deliver an 'out of this world' candidate journey/experience. This role will be a fixed-term position until January 31, 2027 with the chance of conversion full-time.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience as a technical recruiter at a fast-paced, high-growth technology company
• Proven record of recruiting top talent for software or hardware-focused roles
• Proven ability to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
• Creative candidate sourcing techniques and data-driven decision-making
• Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on tasks

$110,000—$155,000 USD
