Responsibilities
- Sources hard-to-fill talent for Engineering & Technology positions
- Partners with hiring managers to assist with the hiring process
- Manages candidate pipelines and coordinates interviews
- Ensures a seamless hiring process in a high-volume environment
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter working on Engineering & Technology roles
- Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently, creative problem-solving, and process-following skills
- Demonstrated track record in recruiting, sourcing, and talent acquisition
- Uses Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and other software tools/solutions as needed
