Senior Technical Recruiter (Engineering & Technology) (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Sources hard-to-fill talent for Engineering & Technology positions
• Partners with hiring managers to assist with the hiring process
• Manages candidate pipelines and coordinates interviews
• Supports hiring events and manages a full lifecycle of recruiting activities

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in Engineering & Technology roles
• Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail, independent problem-solving, and creative thinking
• Demonstrated track record in recruiting, sourcing, and talent acquisition
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)

Qualifications

Preferred location: Near MD for occasional onsite support

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of ATS systems and proficiency in using relevant software tools
