Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle technical recruiting across multiple engineering teams
• Manage sourcing, engagement, interview processes, offer negotiation, and closing
• Partner with engineering managers to design structured interview processes and advise on competitive compensation benchmarks
• Drive the adoption of data-driven recruiting practices by reporting on pipeline health and using tools like Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience within a fast-growing startup environment
• Proven track record of hiring complex engineering and AI roles
• Deep proficiency with modern ATS and sourcing platforms such as Lever, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Solution-oriented, team-first mindset with the ability to navigate organizational growth
