Senior Technical Project Manager - Martech

About the role

WPP Enterprise Solutions designs, builds, and operates the growth systems that competitive businesses rely on. This includes marketing automation projects managed by a Technical Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and managing key client projects
• Ensuring high levels of quality and timely project delivery
• Controlling the analysis phase
• Developing project plans and requirements specifications
• Estimating budgets and allocating internal resources and third parties/vendors
• Securing that configurators and developers are free of administrative overhead, overseeing follow-up, planning, and time spent
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, including motivating colleagues in their daily tasks

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Braze, AEP, or Salesforce marketing cloud
• Experience with managing and implementing projects within CRM or marketing automation
• A conceptual and technical understanding of data modeling, service-oriented and layered architectures, and complex technical solutions
• Experience with agile methods such as Scrum and/or Kanban
• Great communication skills to translate business language into technical language

• Organized to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Capable of balancing detail-oriented focus with a proactive approach

Skills

• Technical understanding of data modeling, service-oriented and layered architectures, and complex technical solutions
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and/or Kanban
• Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical language
