Senior Technical Program Manager, Consumer

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Consumer to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will drive complex consumer-facing programs from definition through launch, ensuring clear execution across engineering, product, and other key stakeholders. The position will establish operating rhythm, manage risks and dependencies, and help translate product direction into measurable program outcomes. It will also partner closely with technical leaders to evaluate trade-offs, align on architecture decisions, and keep initiatives moving under ambiguity and tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from definition to launch
• Drive operating cadence for programs, including kickoffs and status reviews
• Identify risks and dependencies, driving mitigations and escalating when necessary
• Partner with Engineering leads to evaluate technical trade-offs and architecture decisions
• Translate product goals into executable plans and define program-level KPIs

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a high-growth tech company
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives under ambiguity and tight timelines
• Technical fluency in modern distributed systems for engaging with engineering teams
• Proven ability to define program-level KPIs and influence outcomes across teams
• Familiarity with fintech products, particularly in trading, brokerage, or crypto ecosystems
• Experience utilizing generative AI to enhance workflow efficiency

Pay

$193,970 – $228,200 annually
