Senior Technical Program Manager

About the role

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Media environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive software delivery by removing obstacles to team progress and quality
• Manage the entire project lifecycle from planning to continuous improvement
• Facilitate team meetings, ensuring agendas are clear and meaningful notes are taken
• Support new team member onboarding to ensure quick adaptability to processes and tools
• Facilitate release management activities to enhance accountability and operational excellence

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Agile Transformation, or similar roles
• Proven track record of leading software development teams in agile environments
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams, contractors, clients, and senior stakeholders
• Strong technical understanding of engineering workflows including Git, CI/CD, and release management
• Expertise in improving systems, integrating tools, and automating workflows for efficiency
• Exceptional skills in communication and stakeholder management

Skills

• Familiarity with tools like Linear, Notion, Claude, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus

Pay

$131,250 – $175,000 annually
