Senior Technical Program Manager

About the role

The Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) in the Community Health organization will own programs that span the range of user-facing tools like AutoMod or Shield Mode, updates to our enforcement systems and guidelines, or improvements to our content moderation tooling. The role involves partnering with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to solve critical business problems, identifying strategic opportunities, and collaborating with other TPMs across the company.

Responsibilities

• Drive programs with high degrees of ambiguity, multiple customer groups, and multiple stakeholder groups
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to solve critical business problems
• Identify areas of strategic opportunity, determining when a program makes sense, or doesn’t
• Collaborate with other TPMs across the company on both cross-company strategic programs, as well as on continually improving best practices in this domain

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• 6+ years of experience as a TPM or Engineering Manager
• Understanding of when introducing process makes sense and when it doesn’t
• Experience working directly with ICs on designing solutions and understanding problem spaces
• Experience working directly with executives to drive clarity and deliver results on complex programs
