Senior/Technical Consultant

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Technical Lead with expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, FSM).
• Define ITIL processes, design integration solutions, and understand architectural requirements.
• Translate customer business requirements into functional requirements.
• Review requirements for accurate estimation and project planning.
• Lead multiple implementation projects in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, or FSM, including at least one full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle.
• Oversee ServiceNow deployments, migrations, consolidations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party tools, including Orchestration and operational activities.
• Proactively analyze and resolve application issues.
• Mentor team members and share technical knowledge/guidance.
• Apply ITIL process knowledge to evaluate correlations and impacts relative to customer requirements and industry standards.
• Handle customer meetings and provide weekly/monthly reports to both customer and TCS management.
• Orchestrate customer requirements, communicate solutions, and address risks, challenges, and impacts.
• Manage project teams and demonstrate excellent team leadership skills.
• Participate in planning meetings (e.g., pre-iteration, retrospectives) and provide feedback.
• Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications (preferred).
• Evaluate tool stability and performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Manage conflicts with customers or internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist.
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience with new ServiceNow modules (e.g., HRSD, SecOps, GRC, SPM) is a plus.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certifications are a plus.

Pay

$120,000–$160,000 a year.
